We have always looked at footwear as another canvas to tell our story, and this project with Vans gave us the space to do exactly that through two reimagined versions of the iconic Vans Half Cab.
The first colorway pulls directly from a palette that has always meant something deeper to us. Inspired by the red, green, and black tied to Black empowerment, we translated that identity into a custom RGB camouflage that lives across the upper, insole, and laces. The details are the most important aspect of this shoe. Red contrast stitching, green leather edge painting, and mismatched outsoles with the left shoe in green and the right in red. Every decision was intentional. Built with premium full-grain leather, it is our way of elevating a classic while still holding onto the story behind it.
The second colorway leans into something more familiar within CSC. Creme, mint green, and maroon have become a part of our visual language over time, so this pair builds on that foundation.
